1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are applicable only for eligible products and services purchased directly from Torque Elevators LLP.
- To qualify for a refund, the request must be made within 7 days of delivery/installation.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices.
- Customized or specially manufactured items (e.g., tailor-made elevator kits, custom cabin designs, non-standard parts) are non-refundable.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required.
- If approved then refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.
2. Timeframes
- Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of receiving the returned product or confirmation of cancellation.
- Refunds will be credited via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Return & Replacement Process
- Customers must raise a return/replace request by contacting us at torqueelevator@gmail.com or calling +91 78747 46127 / +91 81289 19279.
- Our team will verify eligibility and guide you through packaging, pickup, or delivery of the product.
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories.
- Replacement will be subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be processed.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund/replacement.
- If return is approved then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 7 days.

4. Non-Refundable / Non-Cancellable Items
The following products and services are non-refundable & non-cancellable:
- Customized elevator solutions, safety sets, and machine bases manufactured as per order.
- Services already rendered are non-refundable.
- Installed or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
- Installation, inspection, and on-site service charges.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper installation by non-authorized personnel.
- Damage caused during transit, mishandling, or improper installation is not covered under refund or replacement.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, subject to written confirmation via email.
- After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted if the order has already been processed, shipped, or manufactured.
- Cancellations, if approved, may attract a 10% cancellation fee to cover administrative and processing costs.
- Refund for cancellations will be initiated within 7–10 business days.

<li>Consumables or parts sold as-is for export or bulk orders where the invoice explicitly states non-returnable.</li>

<h2>5. Cancellation Policy & Fees</h2>

<li>After 24 hours, cancellations will be considered only if the order has not entered processing, manufacturing, or shipping stages.</li>
