  • We will guide you on whether the product needs to be returned and provide instructions for safe packaging and delivery if applicable.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days from delivery.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm approval or rejection.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Eligible returns may be refunded or replaced based on availability.
  • Refunds are processed through our payment gateway; we do not store sensitive payment information.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  •  Once damage order is return and approved then the order will be delivered in 7 days .
